If you're going to be the next Mac Miller, there is no "forget and sincerely apologize." I chide you because I believe in you, Skywalker. Now get your funky white boy self together.

I really liked the idea behind this beat...the sounds that you used in the intro were awesome. It didn't really progress into a house beat, but I think that had to do with the mixing on the bass...

Things I didn't necessarily like - The snaps seemed way tooo loud when they came in at :42 and there were some points like the two sounds that faded away at about 1:10... but whenever you went back into the main theme of the song I was jammin, partly cuz it sounds like you sampled some sounds from Sonic CD, which has some of the best music I've ever heard.

This beat is different and really attractive to me overall. I'd keep this in the vault for future revisions like maybe tryin some different bass on it.

xxxZigZagxxx responds:

Thanks Poniiboi/SJD. I can always count on you to provide enthusiasm and/or constructive feedback. I too like the sounds at the beginning of this beat. And yes I did have a hard time mixing the bass, I always do. And yes, the snaps are annoying at :42. I did sample an organ-ish noise, but I wasn't sure whether it was from Sonic CD. My samples are bit of a mess right now, lol.

But Sonic 2 has some of the best video game music ever. Chemical Plant zone? Heaven.

Thanks Poniiboi.

The guitar in this is monstrous. I actually disagree with the guy below me...part of the reason I like metal is because of the sudden nature of some transitions...you don't really hear it in any other kind of music. It really just all depends on what is being done in the movie and if the song fits it. It is a soundtrack, after all.

l0vemetal responds:

Glad to hear from ya, man. Glad you enjoy the new style, should be an album or EP out before ya know it!

I'm STILL playing Hammerspace...and now you make me change? It's too soon, man...it's too soon! The bass breakdown was my favorite part in this song. Can't wait to hear it in full HD 5.1 surround sound super quality. About the movie...You should put me in it and make it a D- flick.

This loop is epic...great ringtone. How would I get this as a ringtone?

Daveisgr81 responds:

It depends what phone you have - iPhones can be really difficult with longer tracks. But there're different apps (often free and legal) that allow you convert downloaded files into an appropriate format for use as a ringtone. But, like I said, it depends on the make and model of your phone; sometimes you can just download a track from the internet, upload it to your phone and set it as a ringtone.

Also, thanks!

freaksexy!! you really oughta put together a trap mix of your beats and start playing clubs with it.

xxxZigZagxxx responds:
