This sounds more hardstyle, which is not as cool to my ears personally as the smoother stuff like ur FF7 remix, but I can still appreciate the skill that went into mixing this. I hate it when ppl just put down their own stupid opinion without offering any technical critique, and the glitch synth you used at 1:22 was just a perfect match for the hardstyle synth that opened up the piece. Then the filtering at 1:40 was really cool and actually brought me into the piece a lot more. This song should have a better score than it does.

Tbh, idk how I even ended up making this sound like it is.
I kinda just made some synths and started putting shit together and made this somehow XD
Thanks for the kind words and the review <3

You can never go wrong with FF7 and this song is really overlooked. I REALLY like the meow synth that u used for the melody. It really gives the song a happy feel. I downloaded this one too. It's awesome thru and thru.

meow meow meow meow meowwwwwwwww :D
And hell yes most of FF7 content is overlooked
Thanks for the review and Dl <3

I knew right away that I would like this song because of the synths you chose at the beginning. Where do you get these game series from...Steam or what?

danyool777 responds:

:D
I'm an anime nerd so I kinda just find these games that no one knows about and I play em and they have some really good music :o
Idk if some of these games are on steam though
Thanks for the review <3

I'm glad I chkd ur stuff out. I love Star Ocean and the build up at 1:36 was awesome! I love music that really moves. Downloaded all day.

The dynamics are what brought this song to life for me. The unexpected changes through the progressions were what caught my ear and made me listen to what the rest of the instruments in the song were trying to do. I commend the originality of that process and the artistic integrity it took to keep it there, cuz I know the inner discussions that come when you are considering something that "different." I look forward to hearing more so that I can have a more complete perspective from which to judge your future work.

Thanks a ton for responding! Being the first reviewer really helps me out! :D

Since this was my first real song, I put a hell of a lot of effort into it. I did put a lot of thought into what instrument was flushed out more. I just really wanted to try and have everything come out perfect, y'know?

Anyways, thanks again for leaving a review! If things keep moving forward like this, more will definitely be coming in the future!

This one was a little less fun for me because of the mood change, I think, but that didn't stop me from recognizing the skill put into the mix, especially that choice of pad adn the progression in the beginning. There's just not anything "special" persay, about this piece when compared to your others, which have a lot more star quality, but this piece is good.

Technically, I pretty much agree with "docter" my comments are about the actual content of Teq's lyrics. I actually think that the verse was a pretty good political speech, because I think you stuck to the anarchistic motif of the song without really declaring full out warfare. Did I get the message of the verse right? It's actually interesting to think about. It was like a centrist on a lefty song.

Teqneek responds:

You hit the nail on the head. I'm not about partisan bullshit. I'm basically saying that the system needs to be changed, and it starts with the people. I'm saying nothing will change until we step the fuck up and take our country back. 'Mericuh!!!!!

I have been introduced to Brit Pop and found it amazing. Chumbuwumba on steroids.

VladNS responds:

thanks =)

Soundgarden much?! This is the 2012 version of the scene before Limp Bizkit (who I like, actually) came and took all the musicality out of rock music. Wicked solo, like they said; I also liked the part at 0:59. Powerful B section.
